Unauthorized returns sent to our address may result in longer processing times or failure to process the return. If the return is not due to a seller or product-related issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any returns that do not meet the criteria for a full refund, such as products that are returned without their original packaging or with missing parts or being damaged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
