If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Unauthorized returns sent to our address may result in longer processing times or failure to process the return. If the return is not due to a seller or product-related issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Due to our partner warehouses throughout the US, the return address may be different than the shipping address depending on your location.
Please do not send the product back to the shipping address without contacting us. If you do, the warehouse will discard the package because it cannot be recognized， which may prevent you from successfully returning the product.
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any returns that do not meet the criteria for a full refund, such as products that are returned without their original packaging or with missing parts or being damaged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
