30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You can return most new, unopened items fulfilled by Vicoffroad within 30 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind. No restocking fee would be charged.

T&Cs

The original packaging, documentation and certificates must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact. Items must be in a new, unworn and resalable condition.

Any items that are returned more than 30 days after receipt of delivery, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition due to the customers' negligence will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping fees for change of mind returns is to be paid by the consumer. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee on returns. We are responsible to pay the return shipping fees.
