30 Days Worry-free Warranty

At Vicoffroad, we take pride in our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a 30-day worry-free warranty on all our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the product must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging, and must not have been used. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees. With Vicoffroad, you can shop with confidence knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.

Photo/Video Proof

To help us assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution, we may require photos or videos of the product. Please provide these as requested so we can quickly resolve any issues.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a minimum 12-month warranty on all products, and some products may have lifetime warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults in the product that occur during normal use.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, use of incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disaster, or other external causes. This also includes damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

Case-by-Case Assessment

We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis, and if required, we may request further information or photo/video proof to complete the claim. If the product needs to be returned for warranty purposes, we will provide a return label.
